Not the best, but good price.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I found the apartments to be somewhat dirty inside and out. My air conditioner leaked water into my bedroom closet and ruined the carpet. The kitchen applicances were very outdated and mismatched. The location is convenient though (Wal-Mart is right across the street) and if you're on a budget, they have one of the lowest rents in the East End.
