I have lived here for over a year now. I will admit it isn't the most luxurious place to live. These are old Apartments. No gym, no pool, no club house. Nothing Special. I am happy living here. I rent a one bedroom apartment. The office staff does care about what goes on. They listen and react. The Maintenace staff is friendly and quick to address any issue. Maintenence is quick to fix any problem. they will replace any appliance that needs to be replace in a timely matter. Sure the place wasn't spotless when I moved in. I didn't expect it to be. I was going to clean the place no matter what when I moved in. Only had a roach problem once and the office was quick to jump on it. Sprayed every week till they were gone and the place gets sprayed every month. I did have problems with my upstairs neighbors, they were a little noisy. the staff talked to them and things work themselves out. These are good apartment for the rent they charge. The place is clean and well kept, the kitchen is dated. The kitchen has enough cabinets for a single adult or for a couple. There is a laundry room on site, however I use the laundrymat at Murphy lane, faster dryers. They are making improvement to the place. New carpets and painting. This is a good place to live. This place did not lose electricity when Hurricane Ike winds blew or the recent Ice storm of 2009. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. there are some who are slobs. I feel this is a very safe place to live. Perfect location, close to Springhurst and the Gene Snyder. What more could you want'

They're only making improvements because they are scared about getting sued or in trouble. This place is loaded with roaches and bedbugs all the time, I used to live there.

They are not afraid or in trouble as you speak. Improvements being made cause they chose to do so. As far as bugs they address any bug problem and take care of the problem. From what I gather, it's under new mangagement.
