Besides not feeling safe every time we step out the door (2 rapes in the last year and several break ins), the management treats people very poorly.

There is a $75 late fee on the 2nd day of the month, and $10 each additional day. After 10 days, you will also have to pay an additional $115 since they file for eviction at that time. My family had always paid the rent on time over the course of the 2 years that we lived there but when financial problems temporarily arose, it costed us $929.00 to pay our rent 2 weeks late (which was normally $609).

In addition, they have entered our apartment on several occasions without ever even giving the courtesy of letting us know until we asked them (which may be illegal, not sure).

The hot water in the shower barely worked and the maintenance people were out twice to "fix" it. Both time we were told that there was nothing wrong with it.

Our neighbors were evicted and they just left all of their belongings out in the street without informing them (while they were at work). People were stealing everything they owned while management watched.

There are too many apartments in Louisville to choose from. Please don't put yourself through this.
