I'm a college Student. I didn't want to live on campus because of lack of space and noise. I love it at Chuchill Park. One of the only things I can find wrong is the Air conditioning isn't too great. Got a window unit and barely have to run it to have an icebox apartmen. in 8 months I have only heard my neighbors tv twice. And then just barely. Its very peacfull and roomy. It's incredible for the price.
