The entire time the neighbor underneath me complained that he heard my every move. The floors, esp. in the bedroom are worn and creak. Before I moved in a day before, I was given the keys to an apartment that had been vacant for a while and smelled of roach spray. The rug had not been shampooed. When you move out of Churchill Park Apts. be sure to vacuum the rug and clean up the apt. better than when they leased it to you. To avoid returning any of the escrow deposit staff will exaggerate and even make false accusations about the condition of the apartment after you move out. Bottom line, make sure you make a final inspection with a member of management before you hand in the keys.
