this place has been a nitemare since we move in here.it has been sold 3 times and gone through countless management.the office mgt now never tells the truth they lie all the time,since it has snow they have been telling us that somebody was coming to plow the snow and ice here it is 12/26/04 and we have not seen anybody yet.also one better then that is we have not had hot water for 4 days,called mgt and they said we will not have hot water until tuesday.also if you have a family this not the place to have them there has been 4 rapes since i been here,and also they have a convited sex offender living here to don't take my word check out the ky state police sex offender reg and look for the address under 7210 hill park way.now ask your self do you want your family living here,nobody ever told us this man was living here real nice mgt for you all they care about is there money.

You can check the Kentucky Sex Offender List, if you'd like, but I just did and there is NOBODY registered and living here. I was informed when I put in my application that everyone gets a background check run.
