I rented my apartment sight unseen as I was fortunate enough to be transferred with my company and with a promotion. I contacted the rental office and from the first phonecall, I was reassured I made the right choice. They helped me with my utilities, cable, schools and directions to everything. While I did see their pictures on the internet, sometimes those can be misleading. Not only did they email pictures of the apartment I was going to get, the pictures didn't even do the apartment justice. My bedroom is very large with a walk in closet and my son's bedroom was decorated for him which was a lovely surprise. My neighbors introduced themselves to us and helped me unload my truck.

I've only lived here a couple of months and renting an apartment before inspecting it is scary but I know I made the right decision to move here.

Apparently you didn't live in the building with the wrong fire code for a year? Or where people were getting shot at? Or in any numerous ones of the buildings were the drug dealers live?
