i lived at churchill park over 2 years ago, i had to move due to a job relocation to washington. Upon my return i can honestly say that churchill park was not on the top of my list, but after stopping in to say hello i had noticed a significant amount of changes that had been made. I ended up leasing yet another apartment and am very happy i did. This time around has definately been for the better. The hallways have been redone, as well as updating the actual apartments. The exterior has also had a facelift and the outdors areas have seen lots of improvements. I for one have been very pleased with the new look of churchill park. i would recommend this place to anyone, and encourage people that are looking to stop in and check it out for yourself.

Obviously you are friends with management or are trying to become friends with management or this could be someone that works for the apartment complex and is just trying to get their ratings up because who cares what the building and hallways look like what about the health factors: mold, hot water being shut off, and whatever other cruel punishment these people can come up with. I moved out of that place and very glad I did so. I filled out a review my name is Sarah Massey and the ironic thing about it is that I just recieved a email today from a resident there that ask me for advise on how to get out of the lease because they and thier child have fallen ill and they think it is from the mold! They also proceed to tell me that maintence has walked in on them without even knocking, and that their electric has been shut off for periods of time. Sounds like a great place to live still, wish I was back there. I hope everyone can sense the sarcasim. People please this person knows someone that works for this place or is someone that works for this place because I recieved proof today that nothing as changed. That is why I visted this website out of curiosity to see if anyone had good reviews and to comment on how things haven't. It's amazing how the last two responses have been good. When I left that place their rating was a 25 and now they are a 42? Hummmmmmmm doesn't that seem alittle funny doesn't it?

Dear madam, I do not live or work for the apt, but it sounds like your poor little feeling were hurt somewhere along the line and you feel "justified" by slamming a community.....why do you care still . . . why did you come back to the site???? Sounds like you have an agenda . . . not the apt management or their "friends" - Someone apartment hunting in louisville

What about the air not being turned on until your already sweating and have to buy a window unit? Or the shooting in front of apartments or apartment fires? Or having to call numerous times for an un uniformed mantinence man to come fix something and do a really shotty job?
