My Grandmother who lives off social security looked at these apartments and liked the one that was shown to her! When she gave the deposit she went and looked at the one she was going to be getting! It was nothing like the one she was showed! It is now 11/13/2006 she put her deposit down on 10/13/2006 and still has not gotten it back! Needless to say she did not get the apartment and is still waiting on her money from this company! It upsets me (her concerned grand-daughter) because I don't like my familiy getting taken advntage of! I hope they resolve this issue SOON, or I myself will persue it for everyone!!! Just becasue she is an elderly lady she is not going to be taken!

Is she supposed to get her deposit back? Most apartment complex's will not refund deposits if the tenant chooses not to move in after they have already held an apartment. I was going to move into an apartment over on Hurstborne/Bardstown Rd and when I cancelled they showed me that when I signed the application there is a 'clause' stating the deposit can only be refunded within so many days (I think it was 48 hours). I hope your situation gets taken care of soon :)

I waited a year for my deposit in which the manager walked through the apt with me and said I would get it. They called me in to give them my new address but I never recieved the refund
