I've lived her for a couple months. I haven't found the chiller/boiler system to be a problem. My neighbor's upstairs will sometimes be on the noisy side, but nothing a knock on the door can't fix. There is plenty of parking spaces and the landscaping is beautiful. The location is superb and the price is affordable.
