I have to agree with all the complaints lodged against this place!!! I lived there 6 mos. The first month there, it was winter by the way. I had no hot water or heat for several days. The faucet in the bathtub was broken, and was never repaired. the water ran so loudly that I had to keep my bathroom door shut at all times to drown out the sound. The management was very rude, and very disrespectful. The place was filthy and falling apart. The utility box in my apartment had not been inspected since 1987, according to the sticker and the amount of dust I encountered. I too called it the **ll Hole. It was a very happy day when I moved and i tell everyone I encounter...RUN, FROM THAT PLACE!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I look forward to the day my lease is up and I move!!! Over promissed and under delivered. I've been here 4 months now and still no screens on any window in the apartment. The A/C isn't on so it's hard to open windows with no screens unless I want bugs and birds flying in. The noise of the floors squeaking is loud. I hear every move my neighbors upstairs make and was told the apartment would be quite. The water runs hot and cold so taking a shower is always hit or miss... Overall I wish I'd have moved to any of the placed I looked at. The only reason I moved in was the promotion offering $100 off 1st 3 months and balance of month moved in free. Don't get me wrong, the apartment is spacious but I was told my washer and dryer hookup would be in the closet in the hall but it turns out it's in the kitchen with no way to vent the dryer outside. Now I know why the girl that rented to me isn't there anymore. I could and would not recommend this place to anyone!
