I've lived in these apartments for almost a year and it's been a constant problem from day one. When I moved in it was under the assumption that heat and a/c were paid for which was amazing for me because I was trying to save money and be closer to my work. Being a fresh college grad with a crappy job, saving money really helped. But since i've moved in here I've had constant problems with the water. Somedays it works other times not and with no advance warning. It takes maintaince FOREVER to come check out any problem. Last september when Louisville had the wind storm I was with out power for a week and more half of that week my windows were painted shut, and maintaince didn't think that was problem. Then Jessica the "manager" trying to tell me I owed them money when I didn't. If you have your ducks in a row with her and show her just as ----- as she was to you that she's wrong, she'll back down.
Currently as I"m typing this i've put in Four maintaince calls to fix a leak in my air conditioning, which has now become two leaks, and mold growing in one of my closets.. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!
