I just moved to Louisville, KY in February 2009. It was a pretty abrupt move so my best friend had to find a place pretty quickly. When he talked to the leasing office they showed him a nice apartment..telling him we were getting new carpets and everything was updated in the apartment. We decided it was a good deal since they paid heat and air as well. The longer we live here the more we hate it. The kitchen storage is horrible, have no room to place things so that they look nice. The water has been turned off on us about 15-20 times in the whole 4 and 1/2 months we've lived here. The air is never on when you actually need it. They advertise a fitness room, tanning bed, and billards room, which they have, but they are only open when the office is open. So those of us who work during the day never get to use them since we work when the office is open. oh and let's not forget that trash pickup is Monday and Thursday morning at 4 AM! I can NOT wait to get out of here!! These are awful living conditions and I can not believe they charge people so much to live in them.

Churchill Park gets worse and worse. The sad thing is I recently saw a brouchure at work were they require you to make a certain amount...and it's a high amount...this is halarious as these are as bad if not worse then section 8 apartments
