The prices here are great for the square footage. The three bedroom is almost 1300sf!

When we first moved in we had constant problems. It took us 5 months to get a working dishwasher. We had to call about our running toilet about 6 times in the first year. We couldn't use our ceiling fan because when it was turned on the light fixure attached would come flying off.

The complex came under new ownership in late 2002. Things have improved greatly. New maintenance workers - who fixed the toilet right the first time! They replaced the ceiling fan for us. Many cosmetic renovations are underway.

The drawback still are drafty one pane windows (We keep the plastic insulating stuff up all year round). Also, there are no patios or balconies.

But overall, it's alot of space for alot less money and not too far from the choice area to live - St. Matthews.

I would recommend this complex to someone looking for their first place to live or anyone on a budget who can sacrifice looks for space.
