I have lived here since October 2005. I have had a number of problems but they have at least been addressed right away. The washers and dryers are ALWAYS broken and you never know if one works or not until after you've deposited money. All of our windows suck. The locks on them don't work and they let tons of air in. Last winter during the snow the drive ways and roads on the property were not plowed so although the city roads were clear we couldn't get out of the parking lot. The way utilities are paid sucks because they use the RUBS system. The good things include the friendly staff, no deposit, and relatively low rent.
