The service is incredible. Our concerns are promptly and politely handled. The parking lot is kept with fresh sealing and no potholes. The landscaping is beautiful. There is a first class laundry room with brand new washers and dryers, even an extra large washer for comfortors, etc. and the price is good. The pool is very nice, although it seems hard to keep lifeguards. Our filters are changed regularly and apartment checked for water leaks, and other maintenance problems before we even call. It is also very close to schools and shopping, and will be even more convenient when the expressway ramp is finished. There are lots of lights in the parking lot at night and I feel safe going in from my car.
This is a GREAT place to live.
