I can honestly say that this is by far the best apartment complex I've lived in. The staff is very attentive to not only addressing concerns, but also to ensuring that you feel welcome when you walk into the office for any reason with a warm greeting and a smile, even if just passing through to get to the laundry facilities or the pool. They are prompt and good about inspecting for leaks and changing air filters on a monthly basis, and if repairs or work needs to be done they leave a survey and will make a follow up call to ensure that everything was done to your satisfaction. The grounds are also kept well maintained and look great. Per my understanding when in the office, they stay pretty full ... and it's easy to see why. I would highly recommend Countrybrook to anyone without question, and have no plans to leave anytime soon. My rating of the staff and overall is 6 stars versus 5.
