I have lived in several decent apartments in Louisville. I have also been a home owner as well. I can honestly say that this apartment complex is one of my favorites if not the best! The rent is very reasonable especially when you look at the size of the apartments and the quality of the service/grounds/personnel. Anything there has been any concern of any kind the Apartment Management has been very very helpful in getting it resolved for me within 24 hours or even sooner! The Management is so very friendly I find myself stopping by to talk to them for no reason at all :-) Also I have found that the quality of the tenants in this community are above reproach, due to the credit standards and background checks it seems that there are a lot of professional adults and there is an atmosphere of community friendliness in the air. Really can any apartment complex be any better'! I walk out my back door and there is a tennis court that was recently resurfaced and 100 yards away is the swimming pool. The laundry facility is very nice and there are plenty of apartments with hook ups as well. I think I may be staying for quite a while.
