Not a bad place to live if you want to party. Plenty of it goes on there. Plus you can here the music 3 apartments down and nothing rarely gets done about it. The office staff is not very helpful and they are not the friendliest to be around. I never had too much of a problem with the grounds there, but I would not walk around alone late at night. Don?t live here if you like to sleep or if you have studying to do. You can?t do either one of them very well. I found it very difficult to do well in school while I lived there
