I live there for 2years (1999-2001) in a 3bd room townhome and was not at all impress from the first nights stay. When we first arrived there were spider crickets in the dwelling and slugs creeping in throught the patio doors. Cabinets in the kitched had like 7 coats of paints thrown on them. The stairs had a big hole under the carpeting (which was pieced together in that area) and creeked all the time. My wife even broke her toe coming down the stairs. You never knew how much you bill was going to be from month to month because heating was share among buildings. Crime was a big problem with rape and shootings. The play ground was joke for my children where clearly safety was not a factor when it was designed. Last and most of all not least, they charge me $900 for carpeting and notified me some 12mths later after moving out. Later I found out I was charged this amount because the person who move in the apartment worked in the office and they had no way to justify the cost except to falsify documents and blame the last people that moved out. Now, two years later were trying to move again and they cant send a reference because they are too lazy to look for my records which they have stored in a "dungen". What is that about' How unprofessional can you get' Dont waste you time and money!
