I am currently a renter at this apartment. After moving in, I discovered that my boyfriend, who is also on the lease, is abusive. When I went to the office to find out how I could break my lease immediately, the staff was not willing to work with me at all. I have had many problems with the plumbing, as well as rodents. I even came home from work one time to find that a BAT had made it's way into my bedroom. You never know what your rent is going to be each month, and the staff has a habit of quoting the wrong prices and expecting you to pick up the slack. When I signed the lease I was told that I only had to make a $99 deposit, then the day that I was scheduled to move in I was told that due to an "oversight" I had to pay an additional $300 deposit! I'm seriously thinking about just moving and allowing them to evict me afterwards.
