the apatments are alittle run down, but almost everything has been replaced in my apartment since I moved in. The rent is never the same each month, they force you to pay overly high gas bill, water and trash on top of your rent. I have complained several time and asked how the office figures the gas usuage. They still can't answer me, so I am stuck with a $100 (winter) gas bill. My electric bill is just as hight and I have a one bedroom apartment. I will be moving at the end of my lease.
