I understand that people have had problems at Mallgate, but please name an apartment that you didn't have problems. I live here now a love it. I have lived in several other apartments in the St Matthews area and actually like this one the best. It is quite and spacious not to add that my apartment has been completely renovated. People on this web site are ridiculous. The person who complained because she put a hole in the wall and the apartment expected payment for it. What do people expect. If they damage an apartment of course they should pay for it. Anyway I love the fact that I can park close to my apartment every single night. I lived at Waterford and would have to park on the other side of the community. As far as safety I grow up in a very well to do part of town and people still had break ins and robbery's all the time. Once again I will state that I love my apartment and will not move until I buy a home. Some people should just check it out for themselves
