Have lived in various areas of the complex since 1999, from a studio to one bedroom to two bedroom, and plan on moving to a townhouse.
Have not seen the problems listed in other reviews, with exception of noisy neighbors. However, if you let your kids stomprun through the apartment, then of course, you'll hear it.
Maintenance has been prompt and helpful 99% of the time. Staff has also been helpful, but will withhold judgement on the new staff in place now.
