I live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment...
while I can hear my neighbors, I have never been in an apartment where you can't. I have experienced that maintenance staff respond quickly to concerns.

Although the paint job is not the best, no apartments I have ever been in are, unless you are able to pay 900-1500 a month, and then why would you want an apartment at that price' Get a house...

The size of the apartment is great for myself my fiance and our 2 year old. My son has his own palyroom. For the size, location, and rent price, I don't think you can beat it...

apartment living is what it is... a community living space... it is unfortunate thats ome people can't pick up their pets' waste, and respect others who are trying to sleep, but that's life... you experience that when you enter a public restroom or park, with waste or trash lying everywhere...

if you have a problem with your neighbor, talk tot hem like a respectful adult... same with the staff...

if you feel like you have been treated unfairly, call the housing authorities...
but really, creeekside seems to be doing everything they can to make it a nicer place. renovations are happening, and they are doing what they can to improve. just this morning i was driving out to work at 8am, and 2 freindly staff stopped me and gave me breakfast... they were standing in the lot, waiting on people to serve them... if that's not nice staff, i don't know what is...
