Graffiti all over walls. (Unable to see since it seems to be pencil) (user photo) Parking is really tight. Many people bang their doors into your car.

HORRIBLE! Everything is horrible!! My neighbors play music loud and all night. The people in the office won't do anything. I have brown water and all they tell me is to deal with it. Don't move here!
