Maintenance always takes multi attempts before completing a task. It never fails to have an "emergency" come up. Maintenance has to leave for the day, leaving your job unfinished. Eventually they work their way back around to you for finishing.

There is only one dumpster for the entire complex. They offer doorside garbage pick up for an additional $10 a month. I live on the 3rd floor. Garbage is often left outside for several days before it is picked up.
