Many pluses, many minuses....

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived there for 7 months and will not come back simply because I "grew out" of such a lifestyle.
The people in the office are professional but i wouldn't call them very friendly.
The 1 BR apartment I lived in was spacious, however I didn't like the floor plan, and the dining room made me claustrophobic (too small) :-)
They fixed my dishwasher promptly, within 24 hours from the notice.
It wasn't noisy, however, I could hear people walk upstairs, and if I weren't so lucky with my neighbors, it would have been much worse.
The buildings look kind of depressing, especially in the winter time when you can't see the landscaping.
The location is excellent, just a minute away from major highways, the malls, and the restaurants.
One last thing, I saw an exhibitionist who lived in the apartment in front of mine and liked to expose himself in his living room early in the morning. Makes me wonder, do they have any criminal screening prior to letting people in'
