I have lived here for 2.5 years. The first year I lived here wasn't so bad, but the person who listed the "pro's and con's" list below couldn't have said it better! It's ALL TRUE!

DO NOT RENT FROM CREEKSIDE! They are "cheapest deal in St. Matthews" for a reason!

And the newest deal' SIDEWALK CHALK IS NOW BANNED! Children can have no fun in these apartments. They are suppose to be kid friendly but they are NOT! If you love your children do not move here! The swing set always breaks when the kids play on it. They DO hold grudges on you if you complain to them about something they lack. We almost got evicted over things OTHER children were doing! Took them a month to fix broken swings, and the "playground" is a dangerous piece of ----! yet they have a NEW office, a NEW buisness center and NEW fitness center! The children get to play on UNSAFE PIECES OF GARBAGE for fun!

If you breathe the wrong way, you will get a note for it the next morning threatning to be evicted over it!

STAY AWAY FROM CREEKSIDE! They have gone to ---- in the last 2 years! We have a leaky toilet which we have reported to them MULTIPLE TIMES, over the last 4 months, IT STILL LEAKS so bad we have to have pots behind it to collect water. We also had our entire living room and dining room FLOOD and reported it and they didn't come for a month and they blamed us by saying we never reported it! So they said we "damaged" the apartments by not reporting the leak before it flooded and backed out on letting us upgrade to a bigger apartment. Now we are "over occupied" by law and stuck here for another year because we only resigned the lease because the promised us we could upgrade to the 3 bedrooms. They tried to evict us for being over occupied when it's their fault we are still stuck in the 2 bedrooms! We had to have my husband move into his Mom's until our lease is up to keep from me and my children being evicted due to haveing too many people in a 2 bedroom! It STINKS! And we tried to move out of the apartment because they were terminating our lease over overoccupation and they gave us a BAD REFERRAL! So they didn't even care if my kids were homeless or now I can't live with my husband until the lease is up in MAY of 2007!!!!!!

STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DOESN'T SHINE CREEKSIDE!

And yes, they do charge different prices for different apartments. A lady who us eto live in my building was paying $400 a month for a 2 bedroom with a DEN and we don't have a den and pay more. And some of my neighbors are paying $700! And yes, there's ONE trash compactor wayyyyyyyyyy in the back, so if you live up front you have to DRIVE your garbage to the compactor which is always FULL and overflowing. And yes, there's NEVER any place to park!

And oh, kids aren't allowed outside to catch fireflies! You will have a staff member come outside and harass you over it! because it's "too dark and too late". Even if they are quiet and supervised by a parent!

How can you claim that this is a decent and in the same sentence say that you haven't had anything fixed in two years? It is people like you who make it easy for the management to continue to do nothing for those who want those things that are broken fixed. This is a terrible place to live if you have maintence issues.
