I generally don't complain when it comes to maintenance, but I've never had even an ounce of the problems I've had with Creekside. I've had extensive water damage that resulted in damaged drywall, damaged carpet, a ruined bed, and a hole in the ceiling that was not fixed for over a months. And even then, only the hole was shottily covered. The water damage is still present on the walls. For about another month my toilet was not working because it had to be shut off due to a broken toilet resulting in sewage seeping into the apartment below and ruining their bathroom. I felt pretty bad for them. There were various other maintenance request such as the dishwasher leaking, the dishwasher coming off of its fastenings, etc. Maintenance was very poor, but I think it was directly related to a lack of good management. The lines of communication between management, maintenance and the residence are blurred at best which results in work not being done and the resident never communicated to. One of the best parts about the apartments is that you have to carry or drive, however you choose to transport, your garbage to ONE trash facility. Every single apartment and townhouse has to transport their own garbage to this one facility. This wouldn't be so bad if you lived at one corner of the complex, but if you live at any of the 3 others, it's not really within walking distance. You end up putting your trash in the trunk on on top of the trunk so as not to ruin your own vehicle and drive it down there. Come Sunday, the trash is overflowing and it is all over the front of the facility making for a rather unattractive area. The rent isn't bad, but when you've got to deal with all of those things, it simply isn't worth it.
