AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I lived at this place for 4 years during which it changed owners and progressively went downhill. It is a very old apartment complex by the way so all those who have written on stuff like walls and such please expect it from a building over 40 years old. Apparently the older owners sold it because of the maintenence overhead. With the present ownership- little or no maintenence, roach problem that was simply huge, trash you have to carry nearly a mile for disposal, appliances that never worked and so on. And worst of all the ladies who write up the leases are clueless on what they contain.I was charged 650 for a month to month one bedroom and when I vacated they 'found out' it was 100$ less and wanted a back payment amounting to a few thousands. Luckily my lease had no such clause and I could fight it out. I was really glad to leave. This place might appear cheap compared to other apartments in same area, but be careful what you are getting into.
