HORRIBLE!!!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2006
 
My daughter and I have lived here almost 10 years and conditions have never been worse than they are under Buckingham Management. We were told a leak in our bathroom ceiling was caused by the upstairs neighbors "not drying off after they shower." A month later the leak continues and now the ceiling drywall is falling.

All we receive are excuses after excuses for not receiving proper attention to maintenance problems. The office staff is rude and arrogant. I don't want to move - the location is excellent, close to our doctors and work. But these conditions are deplorable - the grounds are becoming unsightly and the garbage arrangements are unhealthy.

I am embarrassed for friends or family to visit.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.
