I have lived here for 1 yr and they have done alot to impove the place. I haven't seen what these people are talking about except for the chalk writing on the wall. My neighbors let there kids write on the walls so i called the office and had it washed off immediately. These must be the same people that got evicted for not cleaning their apartment. Portia is great. Maintenance has always been here when i called. they are working hard and have made the place really nice. they are always picking up the place. maybe if people would throw their trash in the garbage they could spend more time doing maintenance then picking up peoples trash. people who write bad comments on here must be mad because they are getting evicted like the chalk lady.
