I lived at Creekside for over 3 years paying my rent on time. My Refrigerator broke and it took 2 months to get new one. One bathroom had mold and was unusable, and the other bathroom I used to bathe my children in was missing a faucet after it fell off. What was left was a steel pipe. Safe huh' When I recieved my new frig, It soon broke and was covered in magets. They wouldnt even come and get that. I had enough and moved out. I gave 30 days notice and was far out of lease and they still posted it to my credit bureau. They even sent me to collections for 2K. I applied for another apartment and they told my new landlord that I had bounced every check according to their computer. Funny cause I always paid with official checks. I get them free as a banker. When asked to see the file, go figure, they couldnt find it, Funny huh' Well they better find it quick, because unless my credit is cleaned up, I am taking all of the damage pictures to the health department and get my lawyer to find that file. They need to be shut down and prosecuted!
