JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

IVED IN LOUISVILLE NOW FOR FIVE YEARS I WAS IN STUDENT HOUSING WITH A LOCAL COLLEGE AND THE PLACES THEY PUT US UP IN WHERE ALL IN ALL NOT THE BEST BUT WHERE GREAT FOR COLLEGE KIDS. SO I MOVED OUT OF HOUSING AND MOVED DOWN OFF POPLAR LEVEL ROAD AT WOODSMILL AND EVEN THOU ITS WASNT THE BEST I HAD NO FEARS AT BEGING OUT AT NIGHT (HAD A OFF DUTY OFFICER SET UP FROM 10 P.M. TO 6 A.M. FELT VERY SAME MATAINCE CREW WAS GREAT!!! mOVED OUT TO ST MATHEWS THOUGHT IT WOULD GET BETTER NOT EVEN CLOSE. AS SOON AS I MOVED IN THE APARTMENT WASNT READY (BATH ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF REMODLING)(CABNIT DOOR MISSING) it TOOK TWO MORE MONTHS FOR MY BATHRROM TO GET DONE. nEXT DELIMA THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE WALL OF OUT SIDE STROAGE ROOM AND A ANIMAL HAD CRWAWLED UP IN THERE AND DIED CALLED MANTAINCE AND TOOK THEM THREE HOURS TO RESOPND THEY REMOVED THE ANIMAL(POSSUM) BUT DIDNT CLEAN WHERE IT HAD SUFFERD AND THE ROOM HAS A HEATING UNIT IN THERE (MID DECEMBER KINDA COLD) SO COULDNT RUN MY HEAT FOR LIKE TWO DAYS (AFTER I CLEANED IT UP MYSELF WITH MY CLEANING PRODUCTS) AND THE NEXT WEEKEND I HAD FAMILY IN TOWN AND A ODER WAS STILL IN THE AIR. NEXT THING WAS WATER WOULD COME FROM THE LAUNDRY ROOM(PIPE BUSTED) AND END UP TWO THREE INCHES ON MY PATIO AND A BLACK FILM WOULD BE LEFT BEHIND ANDSEEM LIKE 7 CANS OF SHARK WASTE. MANTAINCE SAID THAT THE LEAK WAS COMMING OUT FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE GRASS AREA AND NO WHERE ELSE WHEN REALLY IT WAS RIGHT BEHIND MY WALL.(TOOK THREE MONTHS TO FIX SMELT GREAT IN THE HOT SUMMER) NEXT WOULD BE THE WASHER AND DRYERS THEY PROVIDE THEY DONT MANTAIN THEM OR THE ROOMS (TAG ON THE WALLS:DRUGS BEGING DONE BY JUNKIES(POT,METH,AND COCAINE): LIGHTING NEVER WORKS LIGHTS OUT IN THE HALL WAYS DONT WORK) tHEN THEY WHERE DOING WORK IN APARMENT GETTING THEM READY FOR RENT AND THEY LEAVE THEM UNLOCKED AND THEY DO WORK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND WALKED IN ONE OF THEM CAUSE I HAD HEARD NOSIE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND THERE WHERE SIGNS OF A METH LAB. TOLD THE FORNT OFFICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND THAT NIGHT THE SAME TO VOICE WHERE NEXT DOOR AND A SWEET SMELL OUT IN THE HALL WAY. (METH COOKING) NEXT WOULD BE THE FLOOD IN UNDER STAND THINGS HAPPENED BUT WHEN I MOVED IN I ASK THE LEASING MANGER (PORSHA) HOW MANY TIMES HAS THAT CREEK FLOODED SHE SAID NEVER (ACTUALLY SAME THING HAPPENED IN 95) SO IT FLOODS 58 UNITS DAMAGED AND CARS LOST. MOST OF PEOPLE HAD 2 CARS. LETTER WAS SENT OUT AND SAID IT WOULD TAKE THREE WEEKS TO FIX THE APARMENTS. THEN BUCKINGHAM COMPANIES STEPPED OIN AND MADE THEM WAIT FOR THE INSURCE COMPANIY TO LOOK AT(TWO WEEKS GO BY) sO I HAVE 18 INCHES OF DRY WALL GONE OUT OF LIVING ROOM: NO CARPET: AND THE DUST WAS UNBARABLE I ASKED DO TO MY ALLEGERGES COULD THEY MOVE ME OR HELP ME OUT. NOTHING EVER CAME OUT OF THAT. SO I STAYED STILL PAYING THE SAME RATE OF RENT FOR HALF OF APARTMENT. SO TWO MORE MONTHS GO BY TWO MORE DATES OF WHEN REPAIRS WOULD BE DONE WAS NOT MET. I HAD TO BUY NEW FUNTURIE AND PAY FOR THE STORAGE UNIT(THEY DID RENBURSE ME) DRY WALL WAS PUT BACK IN HERE COMES THE PAINT AND THE CARPET BUT THE CARPET THEY PUT IN IS THREE DIFFRENT SHADES OF CREAM AND STAND OUT LIKE A SOAR THUMB. DOGS LEAVE THERE DROPPINGS EVERY WHERE. LAWN CREW THROWS GRASS OVER YOUR CARS. WINDSHELD IN MY NEW TRUCK WAS CRACKED FROM DEBREE FROM THEM TOO AND NETHIER THE LAWN COMPANY OR THE APARTMENTS TO NO RESPONABLETY.(JUST TOLD ME TO TURN IT INTO MY INSURANCE COMPANY; RASIE MY RATES)AND NO ONE HERE KNOWS HOW TO TURN DOWN THERE CAR RADIO SYSTEMS WHEN ENTERIN OR LEAVING. SO IN ALL DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOU DO DECIDE TOAND YOU MOVE INTO BUILDING 7106 BOTTOM LEVEL CHEACK UNDER YOUR CARPET FPR A SPEACAIL MESSEAGE IN SPRAY PAINT (S&*TSIDE AT ST MATHEWS FLOODED 9\17\08)

Well i live there and i wish you post was on this thing then i wouldnt have made the mistake of living here. maintance sucks
