I don't know where to start.. This has been the worst place I've been at.. I've read these reviews from previous renters and I agree with all of them.. I guess I'll start with the maintenance... My dryer quit workin so I called the office for the pipes bein clogged.. They were full of lent.. Months later after callin very often they still wouldn't fix it. So I had a journeyman come and they said it was stuffed(never been cleaned out) It was clogged all the way to the outside.. He jus happened to check the heater while I was there(which I never even opened the door..my fault)there was old toys in there that could've sparked from the flame of the gas heater.. So much lent was in there.. It was disgusting not to mention a fire hazard... I had a bath tub drain broke and months went by and still broke..keep in mind I still paid full rent...They kept making up lies when I later found out that they didn't even have a maintenance crew.. They hired someone and he got right on it.. He was fantastic.. They should've never lied and said they had no one to fix it in the first place and I wouldn't have felt neglected like they didn't care..The grass hardly gets mowed.. The trash dispenser is soo full most the time u have to sit it outside the dumpster..I have a wireless network and can hardly get on.. The cable guy came to fix it and he explained that this complex is awful..they were always there with complaints.. the tentants cut the wires and have no respect.. So definetly don't get the internet..It will be down more than up..My 2 yr old was playin on the playgrouund and these 15 yr olds came over and was standin on each side of her while she was swingin and they started throwing rocks back and fourth and we so rude when I told them to quit.. They have no respect.. I know that the mgmt can't help the tentants, but it didn't help on making my living there any easier.. I am so happy to get out of Creekside.. The office was generous there was only one time 1 guy got rude with me over a question.... I just ecpected more for my money I was paying...not to mention all the late night parties and cops comin for my neighbors.. When u have to get up really early during the week and the building beside u all u here is loud music and fights and nothing is gettin done about it... I just don't agree with it.. If I worked a double and came home late at night I had to park 2 complexes away and carry my babies in the dark all the way to my home.. Very unsafe(especially in this neighborhood)

We ESCAPED Creekside a year ago and THANK GOD!!!! They called CPS on us and told them lie after lie about us to get my kids taken away but when the CPS guy came in and saw that our dishwasher was broke and had been for months and that our ceiling was leaking and they refused to fix it it was all turned back on them! Watch out for Portia, she is a real !@#$%!!! The office staff is two faced BEWARE!!!! And now we own a home and they are coming after us for money we supposedly owe them for "damages" WHATEVER!!!!
