1. They have a work out room and old dirty tanning bed. but they cant give you a key
2. They have a basketball court. but it doesnt have a rim.
3. They have onsite maintenance men. but you cant get them to do anything
4. They have move in specials. but everyone else who lives there allready is paying half of what you pay. and they bounced my check somehow and told me "no its fine we got your rent" then 12 days later charged me $750
5. They have alot of open apartments(wonder why) the apartment above me has no handle on the door and I'm pretty sure a bum lives up there.
6. Ive been there for months and still can't find a dumpster. my neighbors use there front porch
all and all the worse place I've ever lived and I feel rapped!

They also tried to kick us out when I got pregnant with my child because we supposedly had "too many people" in the building. But when they showed us the apt before we signed they said the 2 br we looked at had a "bonus room" that could be used as a "third bedroom" and they allowed 2 people per "bedroom" but after resigning my lease and seeing my pregnant belly they said we had "too many people" and had to move out. yet when we moved in, 20 -------- all lived in one 2 br across the hall as did another family with like 8 people and they never got kicked out.
