I had such a horrible experience when I lived in Creekside, that there is no way that I can write all the issues we had. It would take hours.
It's true that you have to go to the office multiple times if you have an issue, and that still doesn't mean anything is going to be fixed. We had a plumbing problem which made our shower completely unusable. FOR 3 WEEKS!!! And we notified the office over 5 times. It finally got notice when apparently the apartment below us became flooded because of the issues. So at this point we were awakened at 5:45 in the AM to let in a outsourced plumber into our bathroom with NO NOTICE!!!!
It was just a nightmare in so many ways. THIS IS THE GHETTO OF ST.MATTHEWS!!!!! I have lived in this area my whole life and never knew that there was such a horrible community just a mile away.
Oh and don't be suprised if you hear GUNSHOTS going off late in the night, yeah people are firing weapons in the middle of St.Matthews, so don't be decieved by the great "location". You would be better off having to ride the TARC 45 minutes to work than living here. WATCH OUT FOR THE MOLD!!! (they will just spray paint over it and tell you it isn't mold, they did this in front of me, over visible mold)
