I moved into creekside the beginning of 2008 and had a studio with them at first which i never had any problems with maintenance or with noisy neighbors parking was a pain but i didn't care much for my car at the time.
SO i decided to get another lease this time i ended up with a 2 bed and 2 bath and from day one i've had problems, i have an upstairs neighbor who i've called the cops on, called the office and have talked to the upstairs neighbor numerous times. nothing has been done about the noise level the only thing that is said that it is an older apartment so the walls and floors are thin. i understand this but when i can hear word for word what his tv is saying i think it's a little to loud. Also they play their music oh 3-5 in the morning which apparently isn't that big of a deal.
Now i moved in, in January so i didn't have a problem with my lge bill well when summer rolled around my bill sky rocketed and the ac was out of freon and needed new vent. okay fine next week my ac goes out again same problem there's a leak it is suppose to be fixed. Before the end of the month my ac breaks for a third time which they fix but it still isn't running correctly even still but my lge bill hasn't gotten worse.
And now i've had for the 2nd time in less than 12 months my bathtubs are backing up in the bathrooms. and the smell is so horrible you could gag. i've tried to get maintenance out here before it got bad b/c it was acting up but i have a dog and i need to be in the apartment since it is in my bathroom. but apparently giving them two to three different days in the past two weeks that i will be home and awake enough to get up and answer the door is apparently a major problem. enough is enough and i cannot wait till my lease is up at the end of the year
