I have lived at Crescent Centre for 10 years and love it. I have never had a problem with maintenance or office staff. They go above and beyond to see to it that your stay is pleasant. After 10 years, I would say it works. I have only gotten $5 and $10 rent increases and year and I know that can barely cover the cost increase in theri expenses. Besides being beautiful and clean and quiet, the neighborhood is great and getting better with Fourth Street Live. I wouldn't live any where else in Louisville!
