Staff is responsive, friendly and on-site. Neighbors are a mix of nice people, who I never hear unless I am standing by my front door. The neighborhood is great and getting better, and there are so many nice amenities, such as bills including utilities, timely and efficient service, a small gym with cable and a tanning bed and a social room that's great for throwing a small shower or having a study group. It;s near public transportation and all the downtown festivals. It is also very near the downtown Y.
The few downsides I can name is that there's no recycling program, when it would be fairly easy to have one, the parking spots are tight in a not well-lit garage and the appliances are new, but not splurged upon.
