Our experience with Bent Creek has been mixed. We've had very good experiences with the maintenance staff, leasing agent, and manager; but we've also had a chronic problem with a leak in our kitchen when it rains hard. The management has literally spent thousands of dollars trying to get it fixed; and it has improved, but is not yet solved. The apartments are large, items such as miniblinds and carpet are replaced between residents, and we have lots of space for storage, especially for an apartment.
The neighbors we have and our former neighbors in our building have been friendly and courteous. The noise level from neighbors has been extremely low, as low as the house where we lived prior to moving here.
We're minutes from the east side of town and the west side and even downtown. The area ranked as the best place to eat in Louisville, "The Highlands" begins just north of here; and there are eateries to our east and west as well.
I believe most folk will find the Crossing at Bent Creek convenient, affordable, and safe.
