I paid $15/month for a covered parking spot right by the stairs leading to my apartment. From day one, I had problems. Someone else was always parked in my spot, mainly my neighbors and their friends. I called several times to report the offender(s), but by the time the courtesy office arrived, they were gone. The office staff was not helpful and didn?t seem to care that I was unable to park in my spot. I even told them who was parking there. Because the courtesy officer held a full time job as a county cop, he was unavailable most of the time. In the end, I told them I no longer wanted the parking spot, but continued to park there w/o any further problems.
