I have had problems with my overpriced parking space - they raised the price to $25/month, which is outrageous, but as a night student, I pay it because I would never have a space at night. But, when there is someone parked in my spot, they won't do anything about it. They won't tow or ticket, so people just park there anyway.

I also have a noisy neighbor that I have complained about at least 10 times. The leasing office doesn't do anything about it. They don't respond at all to after hour phone messages unless it is a maintenance problem, but with maintenance they are wonderful. They certainly protect their property from damage.
