I was very dissapointed with Cypress Point's maintenance response time. The service men were friendly and helpful but the office staff was slow to repond to ANY of my calls. I was without a dishwasher for 2 weeks and without AC for 2.5 weeks last July. The lighting is also very poor. The lights in the breezeways were constantly burning out and I would have to call 2-3 days in a row before they were replaced. The same for the lights in the parking carports. They also never had a copy of our key and were constantly making copies. This made me nervous for two reasons. 1) What if there were an emergency and they needed to enter the apartment' 2) Where exactly were all these"missing" keys going'
I would not move here and Im moving out next month.
