I moved into Cypress Pointe 3 months ago and love it. I have only had one problem and that was that our ice maker didn't work when we moved in. A new one was installed the next day. We didn't know how to open the fireplace to start it for the first time and maintance came on Christmas Eve to show us. I have not heard one peep from a single neighbor and love the indoor pool and hot tub. I would recommend this place to anyone!
