Overall, I enjoy living here. I love the people I have met and everyone is very friendly. People are outside and social. We like the club house hot tub and racketball courts. I feel safe here and our energy bills are itty bitty. I love being close to the parks, mall, and greenspace on the grounds. THere are some maintenance issues-it takes them forever to fix things that are minor but annoying because of a low number of staff to take care of things and some upkeep when we moved in wasn't the greatest like loose sockets, dirt on the blinds, vents loose from the wall. You can hear the plumbing from the next floor but you can't hear people or tv's like other places I've been in. Overall, its a huge improvement from our last place.
