This is a nice place to live if you are starting out and the office staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the maintenance service is very poor. The maintenance staff is not good at responding to your maintenace requests. I had a maintance request and they came three weeks later. Furthermore, they will not leave a note in your apartment stating they were there and what the outcome of the work order was.

I agree that the maintenance is ridiculous and have had a number of problems. I have to harrass the office for months for issues like a broken icemaker and days for issues as big as a broken heater, air conditioner, and window. I love the area and the people and can see why people would give this a low rating due to the maintenance. If that could be taken care of this would be a top rated apartment complex. I will renew my lease and will use that as pressure to get things fixed.
