I've lived here for 3 years already and recently signed a new lease for a fourth. This is actually the only place in Louisville that I've ever renewed a lease at. It's very quiet and the people seem friendly. I work during "strange" hours, and don't have to worry about being kept up by my neighbors--- no matter what time I go to bed. I don't usually hear them. With the hours I work I also am up pretty early and leaving for work... I've never felt like it wasn't safe, the parking lot is well lit, and I frequently see a police officer patrolling the property in the mornings. I love it here, and will stay here until I'm ready to buy my own house.

Well done, leasing staff! FYI: Your target market (trash) does not know HOW to use a computer to read these reviews. Go to the West End and market!
