Too expensive for what you get

The apartments are cute, but VERY small for the price. Also, our gargage disposal and bathroom outlets stopped working, and despite calls to maintanence they were never fixed. The heater smelled like a fire when it was turned on, and set off our smoke detectors - nothing was done about this either.
It's an okay place to live, but I feel that I was paying too much for "okay".
